Itinerary
Day 01: Cochin – Munnar
Welcome to Cochin in Kerala – the Queen of Arabian Sea. Holiday travel starts right from you arrival at Cochin or Ernakulam Railway Station, where our representative will meet you and assists to transfers you to Munnar. Throughout the journey you will be welcomed with the rejuvenating beauty of the nature; well organized tea bushes with steal your heart as you drive through the thick forest. The scenic beauty and the blissful ambiance are truly incomparable and you will have sweet evergreen memories on your honeymoon in Kerala. On arrival check into the hotel, freshen up and enjoy the welcome drink. Later in the night enjoy delicious mouth watering dinner and cozy overnight stay at the hotel in Munnar.
Day 02: Munnar Sightseeing
After early morning breakfast we go for a full day sightseeing trip to Munnar. Munnar is a beautiful hill station in globally acclaimed for its serenity, beauty and blissful ambiance. Here visit to Mattupetty Lake and Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Rajmalai and Eravikulam National Park which is home to a endangered species of mountain Goat also known as Nilgiri Thar. After a full day sightseeing tour amidst the scenic beauty, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03: Munnar – Periyar
After early morning breakfast, check out AM 0900 Hrs and enjoy journey to Thekkady (120 kms/ 4 Hrs). Drive to Thekkady is full of fun and you will come across several mesmerizing attractions as you head towards Thekkady. On arrival at Thekkady check into the hotel, freshen up and enjoy the welcome drink. Later enjoy sightseeing tour to Thekkady starting with spice plantation tour (Optional) to see varieties of plantation crop of spices growing in the natural surrounding and later for boating in the Periyar Lake (Optional). Boating over the scenic lake offers you to see the scenic surrounding as well as varied species of birds and animals in their nature home showing their genuine tricks. Later return back on time to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 04: Periyar – Kumarakom
After breakfast check out from the hotel 0900 Hrs and drive down to Kumarakom (145 Kms/ 4 Hrs) through the lush green surrounding. Kumarakom is a scenic village in Kerala located at the bank of Picturesque Vembanad Lake and is a popular tourist destination. On arrival visit to the exotic bird sanctuary and see varied species of migratory as well as water birds in their natural home. Later check into the hotel, relax and have some refreshment. Later in the evening enjoy the sun-set cruise (Optional) or relax at the bank of the Vembanad Lake and appreciated the beauty of the nature as the golden slumber of the sun add another magical colour as going bidding us Good Night. Later return back on time to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 05: Houseboat in Kerala
Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel. Later we transfer you to the traditional and luxurious houseboat at 12:30 Hrs. Sit back on the houseboat deck and enjoy the houseboat curise over the picturesque backwater that gives you enjoy each and over moment during your stay. As the houseboat sail slowly over the scenic backwater it offers you to enjoy the scenic vistas of nature and mesmerizing surrounding. In the evening enjoy the sun-set views from the houseboat deck with the stimulating hot/coffee with snacks. You will also find some white duck sailing along with you chatting and fishes jumping out of the water to say hello. Truly houseboat tour is really a memorable experience of Kerala. Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and Overnight stay will be on House Boat.
Day 06: Houseboat – Cochin – Departure
Today is the last day of the holiday travel to Kerala. Enjoy your breakfast on houseboat, viewing the astounding natural beauty. On arrival check out from the houseboat and our representative assist to transfer you to the Cochin airport or railway station for onward journey or way back home.
