Itinerary
Day 01 : Cochin -.Alleppey Arrival at the Cochin
airport/ Ernakulam Railway Station. Meet & Greet by our
representative, who will transfer you to Alleppey, check in at the
hotel. Overnight stay at the resort in Alleppey.
Day
02 : Alleppey – Breakfast & morning at leisure.
In the evening go for Sunset cruise (optional) or enjoy the beauty
of backwater by just relaxing near Vembanadu Lake. Back to the hotel
later and overnight stay at the hotel at Alleppey.
Day
03 : Departure After breakfast check out from the resort
and we transfer you to Cochin airport/ Ernakulam Railway station to
board the flight / train to onward destination. End of Tour and
services.

Karumadikkuttan : A black
granite figure of the great Buddha is called Karumadikkuttan a 10th
century statue, Budha is the founder of Buddhism is Situated 3 km
east of Ambalapuzha. There are lots of interesting legends connected
to this idol.
Champakulam : Champakulam -
oldest angadi - the water-logged village is also the place of
primarily synonymous with market, known as Kalloorkkadu angadi. The
St. Mary Forana Church built in 427 AD is another major attraction
and famous for its beautiful mural.
Arthunkal :
The famous church in known as the St. Andrews Church Arthunkal was
built by the Portuguese in the year 1851. Every year in January, an
elaborate feast is organized in the honor of St. Sebastian and
thousands of devout Catholics and others come from all over the
country.
Chettikulangara Bhagawathy Temple is
very famous among the local people, It is believed that the deity of
the Bhagawathy temple has miraculous healing powers. In the months
of February and March the temple is teaming with life and huge
crowds as the festival of Bharani takes place during this time. A
massive oil lamp made from granite more than 1,000 wicks is the main
attraction in this temple.Now it turned as one of the most visited
religious tourist Temple.
Eddakal Caves :
located in the Ambukuthi hills. It is formed by a massive split in
the side of a cliff. The two natural rock formations that resulted
are a storehouse of well-preserved pictographs dating back to
ancient times, and widely considered to be one of the finest in the
world.
