• Packages (Superior, Deluxe & Super deluxe) are classified on tariff and quality of hotels.
• Amendment /alteration of the package are not possible after tour starts.
• Individual passengers are responsible for safety of personal belongings.
• Additional expenses incurred for transportation/accommodation due to delay, any natural or political disturbances like landslides, strikes, road blocks etc. must be borne by you.
• The above rates include current government taxes and subject to change without prior notice in the event government changes the tax policy/ if hotels change their rates or for situations beyond our control like increase in fuel cost etc.
• Hotel vouchers will be issued on receipt of email confirmation from the hotels and it may take 3-4 days (except for urgent bookings).
• Driver contact details will be given 01 day prior to the commencement of your tour (between 5.00 pm- 6.30 pm)
• You are advised to carry a copy of your ID Proof and to present it to the Resort at the time of check in.
• An exclusive Air conditioned (Except in hill station) car will be provided for a couple/family throughout the tour
• We are providing Ac Rooms in all hotels except Munnar and Thekkady (hill station)
• If you are not provided with any service which we are agreed upon by mail, kindly call us immediately so that we can rectify it and if not informed in time, refund will not be possible at a later stage.
• Air/Train ticket???
Since we are operating customized individual tours with flexible dates, Air/Train tickets cannot be pre-booked/blocked. So the ticket rates for the agent/the traveler will be same and is subject to variation. So we advise you to book the tickets at the earliest.
• Meals in the packages?
Travel agent is not offered with any special rates for Meals (Lunch and Dinner) from the hotels. Moreover, if the agent includes the same in the packages, rate will be more, due to the addition of service taxes. Hence we advise you to buy it directly. All our hotels are having multi cuisine restaurant.
• Honeymoon inclusions
Honeymoon inclusions are applicable only for newly married couples-not for all who enquire through honeymoon packages websites. If you want to avail honeymoon inclusions kindly mention the same by mail. Otherwise we will consider your tour as normal family tour.
• Cancellation charges of Hotel, Houseboats, and Car is based on the cancellation policy of the respective Hotels/Houseboats /Car concerned and it depend on the number of days left prior to the check in date .
• All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, the refund is initiated from our end within 4 working days of cancellation made online and e-mail confirmation of the refund amount will be sent to the email address given to us at the time of booking.
• For reservation done through email or phone or directly from our offices, CANCELLATION must be done by Email only and refund will be done within 4 working days.
• Please note that it may take 4 – 10 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is initiated from our end.

• 30 days – 5 % of the tour cost • 15 days - 10 % of the tour cost • 7 days - 25 % of the tour cost • Less than 7 days – 100 % of the tour cost
