Itinerary
Day 01: Trivandrum - Kovalam
Your tours Kerala start from your arrival at Trivandrum (the capital city of Kerala). On arrival our representative meets you and assists you to transfer you to Kovalam (20 Kms / 30 minutes). On arrival check in at a pre-booked hotel in Kovalam, freshen up and enjoy the welcome drink. Kovalam is internationally acclaimed beach destination and is considered to be the finest beach resort in the world. Later enjoy rest of the day at leisure on the beach at Kovalam. Here you have lots of option to make the day an event of lifetime. Visit to Lighthouse beach, enjoy beach activities or bask in the sun enjoying the coconut milk sitting under the shade of the swaying coconut trees. After the marvelous view of the sun-set in the evening return back to the Kovalam hotel where delicious dinner and cozy bed will be waiting for you.
Day 02: Kovalam - Trivandrum – Kovalam
After morning breakfast at the hotel in Kovalam, today we enjoy go for a day sightseeing tour of Trivandrum (Capital city of Kerala). Here enjoy visiting to Napier Museum, Sri Padmanabha Temple, Kuthiramalika Museum, etc. Afternoon enjoy leisure time at the beach. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Kovalam hotel.
Day 03: Kovalam - Kumarakom Backwater
Enjoy heartily breakfast at the hotel. Later we drive through surface to Kumarakom a beautiful village known for backwater and bird sanctuary (175 Kms / 4 Hrs). On arrival at Kumarakom directly visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary a home to rare, endangered and migratory birds. Here see various colourful birds and listen to their sweet chirping while some birds fill the gap of the air with their magical tone. Later return back to the hotel, freshen up and enjoy the welcome drink. In the evening go for a Sunset Cruise (optional) or appreciate the beauty of the backwater and the surrounding natural beauty relaxing near the scenic Vembanad Lake. Later return back on time to the Kumarakom hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 04: Houseboats (Alleppey)
After morning breakfast enjoy leisure time at the hotel. Later we transfer you to Houseboat in Alleppey 0130 Hrs. Rest of the day enjoy at leisure at the houseboat watching the scenic vistas of the nature as the houseboat floats slowly over the gleaming backwater. Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner will all be served you on time by our staff on houseboat. In the evening enjoy the sun-set from our houseboat deck and the wonderful surrounding blessed with tranquility and blissful ambiance. Overnight will be on the houseboat.
Day 05: Houseboats - Cochin (Departure)
Enjoy the morning breakfast on the houseboat enjoying the cool aromatic air with blissful green surrounding. Feel the tranquility as you are away from pollution free air and maddening crowd. Later we transfer you on time to the Cochin airport or Railway station (100Km /2 hrs) for yours onwards journey or way back home. In this way your happy tours to Kerala ends giving your some remarkable memories and moments to delight in.
